**Job Description Summary** As Account Manager North of Spain you will be responsible for providing a highly professional level of Product, Clinical, Sales Excellence and Customer-Patient management with focus on our Commercial Organization. The purpose of this role is to promote growth of BD products through managing and developing assigned territory on existing and new accounts. Become a **maker of possible** with us! **Our vision for Surgery at BD** In Surgery, our products empower providers to reduce the incidence of surgical complications, improve patients’ experiences and lower the total cost of surgical care. **About the role** **As Account Manager North of Spain you will be** responsible for providing a highly professional level of Product, Clinical, Sales Excellence and Customer-Patient management with focus on our Commercial Organization. The purpose of this role is to promote growth of BD products through managing and developing assigned territory on existing and new accounts. Also promoting HCPs and KOL engagement to enable the BD solutions through the clinical practice and relationships. The Account Manager will report to the Sales Manager and will work closely with the Sales Team, European Marketing team and BDX to ensure the execution of the strategy, to deliver solutions and service, to identify key accounts and customers and to create new business opportunities in the North of Spain (Asturias, Cantabria, Castilla y León (Burgos + Soria) La Rioja, Navarra and País Vasco). As a member of the Hernia team the role also drives Sales Excellence through customer visits, supporting KOL, delivering services, demonstrating the value of BD products, keeping in mind cost-effectiveness and profitability, and achieving the strategic objectives that contribute to individual and company success. **Main responsibilities will include:** + Plan and target visits (within the assigned geographic area and BD/scientific events). + Boost cost-effectiveness and maintain/increase profitability. Achieve the budget and sales objectives. + Understand and increase the value of BD products/solutions. + Present and demonstrate features and benefits based on clinical evidence by running presentations and clinical sessions. + Implement the Sales and Marketing Plans and offer ideas and proposals to improve them. + Meet and build relationships with the different healthcare professionals, KOLs and BD associates. + Report, update and follow up customers and activities via SFDC. + Provide scientific & technical customer support. + Maintain and create relationships. + Lead meetings and projects; and create opportunities to generate value and sales growth. **About you** + Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. + Proven successful record in selling and promoting healthcare products and solutions. + Confirmed track to work in hospitals and **ORs** . + Proficient in written and spoken Spanish and English. + User of Power BI and SFDC is a plus. + Ability to balance multiple collaborators and create strong relationships. + An open and creative attitude to adopt business needs and to transform those needs into targeted actions. + Ability to work autonomously and being part of a strong team and be capable of independently solving, prioritizing, and completing work. + Strong communication and presentation skills + Location : País Vasco **Click on apply if this sounds like you!** Becton, Dickinson and Company is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
