**POSITION SUMMARY**
Drives for maximum growth and profitability through managing and up-selling physicians and specialists within an assigned territory. Provides continuing education to existing and new customers and manages customer relationships to ensure that their needs are met and Sonora Quest Laboratories Roadmap objectives are met. Projects the highest professional and ethical standards in representing LSA/SQL in the marketplace.
_Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards._
**CORE FUNCTIONS**
1. Targets accounts for growth in line with the market needs and sales initiatives; territorial market strategy; introduces new products and services; implements all policy updates or changes; delivers on the total attainment and retention goals of his/hers territory of at least 100%.
2. Builds relationships at multiple levels within their assigned accounts, with internal support positions, and with Operations to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of fulfilling position responsibilities.
3. Prepares and submits required reports for Management in a timely manner.
4. Collects and channels market dynamics information and communicate to local leadership for participation in developing overall business strategy for increasing volume and profitability.
5. Educates customers on all of Sonora Quest Laboratories processes, procedures, and Compliance regulations to ensure accurate and timely services.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
+ Excellent Sales and Communication skills.
+ Proven problem solving skills.
+ Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships.
+ Strong planning and organizational skills.
+ Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
+ Solid PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft software.
+ Valid State Driver’s license and good driving record.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of successful sales experience or equivalent education and experience.
+ Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and general economics of business.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Three (3) years of laboratory industry experience
+ Integrity Selling experience.
+ Salesforce CRM experience.
