Make a Difference 

The Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned external client relationships under the direction of the Office of Transformation.  The Account Manager carefully assesses a client’s needs and looks for ways to meet these objectives. When escalations arise, the Account Manager coordinates with the appropriate departments within Community Health Network to resolve the situation. This role requires a proactive approach to client management and a deep understanding of the Community's offerings.  

 

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications 

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward client management.  
 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.   In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.  Three (3) years of experience as an Account Manager or management in customer service, business development, or sales required.  Experience working in a healthcare setting strongly preferred.   Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.  Data collection and analytical skills strongly preferred.
