Account Manager Oncology

Organization Overview:
We have an exciting job opportunity in the Swedish Oncology Team as an Account Manager with responsibility for driving uptake of our current and future brands in prioritised therapeutic areas. You will be the face of Lilly and a key partner towards relevant stakeholders and accounts.  As a highly valued member of the cross functional team, you will work closely with other functions with the overall goal of contributing to improved patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
You will be a valuable member in the Lilly Oncology team where you will work within metastatic breast cancer field. This is one of the most exiting areas within cancer treatment in general and breast cancer specifically.

Make strategic plans for your product and how to succeed in your district. Together with sales manager you will set goals for the success of the productCreate meaningful relationships with customer, i.e. oncologists, nurses and key stakeholders in your area. Take ownership and responsibility to create those meetings. Also, work and create relationships with expert groups, patient societies and other stakeholders within the payer society.Enable customer touch points using a variety of solutions including both personal and virtualUse data insights to analyse the development in your district, stay proactive, solution oriented and aim for volume growth and continuous improvements.Plan and execute activities both from own planning as well as from Brand TeamTake part in the internal cross-functional work and build on the internal resources available.



Basic Requirements:

University degreeMinimum 1-3 years of experience from sales within pharma orOncology nurseLIF exam if neededDrivers license and willingness to travelFluent in Swedish and English (speaking and writing)

Travel is required on a weekly basisDistrict is mid- and north SwedenPreferably living in Stockholm area or similar
