In our Operating Room Solutions (ORS) Business Area at Mölnlycke, we aim for frictionless flow in the operating room, with solutions designed for safety and efficiency. Mölnlycke is now looking for an Account Manager ORS for the regions East and West Flanders. As an Account Manager ORS, there is great opportunity and variety in activity day to day. You’ll be implementing the identified strategy in the territory by taking appropriate commercial actions, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and achieving agreed sales targets by commercially managing customers and identifying new accounts. All the while keeping our business priorities of digitalisation, customer centricity, and sustainability at the heart of what you do. You’ll be our knowledge expert in the ORS portfolio, developing relationships with all decision-makers within the sales process to be seen as a trusted advisor. You’ll collaborate with a multi-functional team and make a significant contribution to our business development activities in the assigned region. Key Responsibilities: + Achieve sales targets by managing customers and developing new accounts. + Master product portfolio and value proposition to effectively sell to customers. + Secure existing business and develop new opportunities through account management. + Identify key decision-makers and implement customer-focused actions. + Own and manage the tender process for accounts. + Maintain knowledge of competition to maximize sales and profitability. + Use sales tools and CRM to track and develop prospects. + Manage customer technical needs, including procedural sets and stock execution.
