The Account Manager develops, maintains and nurtures our customer relationships. They ensure each customer interaction receives excellent care, from sales prospecting and consultation through trip documentation within the reservation system and service execution. They will interact and communicate effectively with personnel within and outside the company. Customers can include any and all services from our Mini-Coach, Motorcoach and Shuttle Service operations. Additional duties include operational support as needed including but not limited to on-site event management, driver scheduling, dispatching and shuttle operations support. Schedule flexes based on workload and seasonal events. Location may flex to other terminals based on need. This position is part-time with full-time possibility in the future.
Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for customersOwn sales cycle of prospecting, consulting, quoting, selling, closing and confirming trips.Own operational success (site surveys, driver & vehicle scheduling, dispatching and safetyprotocols) through team collaboration and/or hands-on completion.Develop and maintain positive relationships with retail and corporate customers to achieve
top notch customer satisfaction.Enter trip and client information into computer systems and complete paperwork
accurately and with a sense of urgency.Become knowledgeable about all vehicles, available services, DOT (Department of
Transportation) regulations, safety protocols and other requirements that apply to the
services we provide.Become proficient in operational duties including driver scheduling and dispatchingRepresent Cardinal/GO Riteway at off-site events and visit customer site for staging of moves (i.e.,
trips, conventions, conferences, etc.) as needed.Track travel and booking activities in the system to ensure accuracy regarding trips or
services.Monitor phones and e-mail for customer requests and follow-up within established
timeframe.Work directly with internal staff and external customers to address and resolve service
issues in accordance with defined policy and customer satisfaction.Work towards a path of advancement to Senior Account Manager and take advantage of our internal opportunities.Other duties as assigned.
