Account Manager - Partnership (General Insurance)

What the day will look like + Managing the existing clients' accounts and client renewals, including consultative services and relationship building. + Preparing insurance quotations to clients and answering daily client enquiries. + Driving business growth by developing additional business from current portfolio. + Handling premium collection and following up insurance claims. + Working closely with team members on large size clients. + Obtaining insurance quotations in market and negotiating insurance terms with underwriters. + Checking policy documents and preparing debit notes to clients. + Any additional duties that may be allocated to you by the Company from time to time. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Post-secondary education or degree holder preferred + IIQE qualified or holder of ACII or ANZIIF (Associate) will be added advantage + Over 5 years working experience in general insurance + Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese + Good computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
