Account Manager Perfumery & Beauty

This function will  be reporting to the Indonesia Commercial Director and this role is focused on Perfumery division and it will  be based at Firmenich office at Tanah Abang.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible to grow clients, propose and drive the growth of more medium to smaller customersRoutine engagement with all local clients Responsible to deliver sales growth and margin target in IndonesiaWork with regional office on Innovation Plan and potentials, adoption rate and growth ambition for local clientsDefine account / segment needs, targets, priorities to win businessWork closely with regional Marketing and Consumer Insight team to develop the  Indonesian market even better

 

You Bring:

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Business, Engineering with 5-7  years working experience in B2B sales. Good understanding of Perfumery house industry Fluent in English and Bahasa IndonesiaThrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCommercially savvy with good negotiation skill – ability to ‘close the deal’Keen ability to identify and communicate local country market, and consumer trends.Positive work attitude, Self-Starter, Result Oriented, Entrepreneurial and able to work independently and or in a teamExcellent  interpersonal  skills , integrity, agility, resilience and having  the  ability  to  communicate  at  all  levels
