Working as a Sr. Account Executive, Pre-Sales on the Target Plus™ Partner Services team, you will leverage your awesome people and communication skills to forge the highly productive and professional relationships necessary to drive your business between multiple internal and external stakeholders, including:
Primary Responsibilities Include
Developing marketing and sales materials to drive awareness for Target Plus™ Partner ServicesDriving revenue growth to contribute to the marketplace and target P&L by building a strong pipeline of opportunities, identifying, qualifying, and connecting new and existing marketplace partners to the appropriate services & providersDemonstrating curiosity to understand individual client needs, and driving consideration through prescriptive recommendations to help them succeed on the Target Plus™ platformBalancing the short-term art of the sale with the long-term needs for client successOptimizing the sales pipeline through the science of process and the use of tools like SalesforceAdvocating on behalf of marketplace partners to continually improve our services to meet their needsProviding weekly account updates to the Target Plus™ cross-functional team in our Weekly Business Review (WBR) forum, and monthly revenue forecast updates in the Target Plus™ Priority Business Review (PBR) forumThis position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members' core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location. A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that’s not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location, and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.
