Job Description
As an Account Manager, you will be working for clients who not only care about success in the marketplace, but are passionate about the role of brands in helping bring about social change. The Account Manager acts as the main liaison between the agency and the client. A manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the client account including client presentations, gaining internal and external creative concept approval, and executing flawless delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and distribute detailed, realistic and accurate schedules and timing plansRevise and reissue these plans as timings changeEnsure delivery of a creative solution which is relevant to the client’s business/brand by working with Planning and Creative to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s commercial macro/micro environment, competitor behaviour and positioningHelp fuel the creative process and manage the Creative team to ensure critical deadlines are metAttend pre-test/market research group meetings with Planner and disseminate feedback to other members of the account team, if requiredAttend pre-production meetings with agency departments and client when requiredCommunicate with TV producer – in writing - on plans, and changes/actionsEnsure Press production are updated with the latest media schedules so press deadlines are metCheck all copy for typos and accuracy of information used, including prices. Obtain client signatures on approved copy. Know copy dates and stick to timing plansEnsure production is as cost effective as possible by continually looking for any efficiencies through the channelsAttend shoots with client; work with Account Director on a wide ranging group into producing outstanding work for the client, when requiredWork collaboratively to resolve any hitches by finding win/win solutionsPlan for the future and identifies new ways of managing projectsGathers information on industry or market trends and assists Planner/supervisor in creative brief developmentQualificationsMin 4 years in Account Servicing role in advertisingExperience on an integrated accountAble to work independently especially in this environment when you will need to work from homeYou will need to have a strong drive to success and be an excellent communicator and presenter in all forms especially over email, phone and video
