Main responsibilities:

Multi-Channel HCP Engagement
Customize engagement strategies using face-to-face and virtual channels to match stakeholder preferences.Build Relationships
Establish and maintain strong connections with HCPs, fostering trust and product adoption.Account Prioritization
Identify key accounts, map stakeholders, and focus on COPD and severe asthma opportunities.Patient Access Enhancement
Work with NHS Trusts, ICBs, and other bodies to optimize access and formulary inclusion.Pre- and Post-Launch Activities
Execute key activities to support product introduction while ensuring ABPI compliance.Policy and Market Analysis
Stay updated on NHS policies and market dynamics to inform strategic planning.

About you
 

Experience:
 

Proven Track Record
Success in pharmaceutical sales or market access within the NHS.

Multichannel & Analytical Agility
Experience in omnichannel engagement and data-driven execution.

Specialty Care/Respiratory Expertise
Strong knowledge in respiratory and biologics.

Soft and technical skills:

Scientific Communication
Ability to effectively convey scientific information to HCPs.

Collaborative Spirit
Foster a collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to achieving results.

Leadership Skills
Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategies effectively.

Code Compliance
Understanding of ABPI/IPHA Codes of Practice and their practical application.

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Languages: English
