We bring tech-savvy service to a field where that is rare, and our clients rely on it and appreciate us for it. We provide the following exterior property maintenance services to HOAs , and Apartment Communities , as well as Office Buildings, and Retail Shopping Centers: P ressure W ashing, G utter C leaning, Window Cleaning, and Specialty Cleanings.

+ Experience in any of the following:
+ CRM systems and the associated administration
+ Mapping / Satellite Imagery Measurement Software
+ Proven success with sales, customer service/success, business development
+ Experience with commercial service companies or property maintenance firms
Account Manager Job Responsibilities:
+ Relationship stewardship
+ Main point of contact for owned accounts
+ Industry involvement and volunteer leadership
+ Customer advocacy during complaint resolution
+ Increase market share
+ Establish recurring maintenance rotations
+ Earn referrals
+ Educate clients on the full suite of SOR service offerings
+ Project ownership
+ Providing consultative advice
+ Defining scope and outlining cleaning processes
+ Setting expectations of service results
+ Responsive communication at all times
+ Delivery of project summary reports
+ Internal Operations
+ Scheduling
+ Maximizing available operational capacity
+ Margin tracking
+ Sales budgeting and reporting
+ Collaboration with Ops and Services teams
