Flynn Group of Companies is currently looking for a Service Account Manager to support our Vancouver Branch located in Surrey, BC, reporting to the Service Manager. This role will develop and maintain relationships with Property Managers, Building Owners and Business Owners related to their Building Roofing Maintenance program. In addition, attending local community and association events, as well as industry-related trade shows.
Day in the LifeBuilding strong and long-lasting relationships:Help grow and build our Roofing Service businessCommunication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunitiesRegular follow-up on quotes and tendersAttend association, industry, and networking eventsPlan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the clientWork with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels
Technical skills and responsibilities:Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely mannerComplete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner Ability to conduct presentations virtually Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives
