About the Role (Corporate)
The account manager in is responsible for achieving assigned revenue target and building up strong customer relationships in China market. Responsible for meeting or exceeding the annual revenue targets and achieving long-term growth of overall business at the account or territory.
Responsibilities
• Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers | Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
• Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus
• Analyze sales progress versus target, identification of gap/upside and proposals to accelerate sales optimization or mitigate risk
• Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities
• Keep working knowledge of all customer channel markets, customers buying practice, technological developments, competition, and the changes affecting these to gain leadership position in market
• Build, maintain and share in-depth knowledge of customer and segment
• Has direct contact with clients and moderate authority/opportunity to set and negotiate product/service terms Continues to build knowledge of business, financials, products/services, the market or account needs.
Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Sales, have working experience in the SaaS industry will be a plus
• Business Expertise: Interprets internal/external business issues and applies them to own role
• Agile, proactive, and able to go above and beyond the call of duty
• Functional Knowledge: Develops and applies broad knowledge of products and solutions
• Excellent communication skills, ability to be active listener and capture customers’ needs
• Problem Solving: Develops competence by performing structured work assignments
• Impact: Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
• Interpersonal Skills: Adapts information/style to the audience; clear explanation of difficult aspects.
