UFP Site Built (dba Endurable Building Products) is looking for an Account Manager to join the team at our Brooklyn Center, MN facility. Ideal candidates will have multifamily construction experience and would be responsible for selling Endurable's building materials, products and services by developing and maintaining customer contacts within the area.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities Service and maintain positive relationships with current customer baseGenerate new sales by promoting product line to new and existing customersSchedule and perform presentations to architects, contractors and engineers within your territoryIdentify customer needs and solve problemsUnderstand and perform cost savings analysis for customersTroubleshoots problems for customerQualify customers’ creditworthinessMonitors sales market in assigned regionPrepares various reports as requiredAccounts receivable managementWork with CAD, Project Management, and Operations as required to convert sales into orders for fulfillmentPerforms other duties as required

​QualificationsPreferred bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related areaMinimum of one year of customer services experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applicationsPreferred manufacturing background, but not requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareA valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within your territory.A customer-oriented and results-driven attitudeExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsPreferred experience and knowledge on UFP’s organization, culture, and product lines

Compensation & Benefit Information: 

Salary Pay Range:  $50,000 - $65,000 annually dependent on experience*
                *pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living   Bonus/Incentive Pay:
