Job Description

As an Account Manager your main objectives will be:

After acquisition of new customer - to take over such customer from Sales dept. in line with handover rules,

To ensure all KPI management/control (pallet stock, FTR, Cycle Time, declaration, Audits, payment, etc.)

Lane expansion, managing sustainable and profitable growth

Scope of this role: Slovakia

You’ll be spending some time on the road, visiting clients around Slovakia – this role comes with a car and requires you to have an active driving license.

Some of the main responsibilities of this role involve:

Managing existing customers (Manufacturers) leading to growth of the account

To solve supply, quality, admin, finance and operational issues

Execute a local plan to protect existing customer revenue;

Develop existing customer potential in line with the commercial policy

Create account plans for TOP customers to maximize future cooperation

Manage sales funnel of opportunities in Salesforce

Executive tactics and best commercial practices to ensure cust. satisfaction

Maintain relationships at appropriate levels- understand customer needs and priorities through regular dialog, personal meetings and communication

Negotiate commercial terms and commercial proposals

Review volume, revenue and profit versus target and budget

Review performance of customers versus KPIs regularly

Review audit plan and result to achieve yearly target

Create own commercial initiatives to reach objectives above

What we look for:

2 years of relevant Retail/ FMCG/ Supply Chain industry experience – preferably SK Independent trade, Sales Manager, Representative, Field Executive – Commercial or services approach

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel)

Active Car Driver

Management systems – Salesforce, Workday, Concur

Languages:

Essential: Slovak and English

Compensation starting at: 2.500 EUR before tax plus bonus and company car
