Account Manager & Solution Sales (Core Banking & Banking Digitalization)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager & Solution Sales with a strong background in Core Banking, Private Banking, Banking Digitalization, and Fintech solutions. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and expanding relationships with existing clients while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will combine your deep understanding of core banking workflows, private banking, and digitalization tools with your ability to build lasting relationships, positioning our products and services as essential solutions for clients in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in private banking. Act as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for banking and digitalization solutions.

New Business Development: Identify and generate new client opportunities within the Banking sector for both, core banking and workflow tools, driving growth and expanding the client base.

Industry Expertise: Leverage knowledge of Core Banking systems, Private Banking, banking workflows, and digitalization tools to provide high-value recommendations and solutions to clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (technical, product, professional services, project management and support) to ensure successful client onboarding, project implementation, and ongoing customer success.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within private banking, core banking, fintech, or banking digitalization.

Knowledge: Solid understanding of Core Banking systems, Private Banking, and Banking Digitalization.

Client-Focused: Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships, particularly in private banking, with a focus on identifying and addressing client needs.

Sales & Negotiation: Strong sales skills, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully.

Language Skills: Fluency in both German (Swiss German ideally) and English (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with local clients and stakeholders. French a strong plus.

Fintech Affinity: Passion for fintech innovations and a keen understanding of the latest trends in digital banking and technology solutions, particularly in the private banking sector.

Location: Based in or around Zürich, with flexibility for local travel as required. Home office accepted twice a week.
