This role is essential for managing and nurturing a portfolio of small and medium business Strategic Alliances customers, ensuring revenue stability and growth. By combining reactive and proactive selling of our full Voice & Network product portfolio, this position plays a key role in achieving our sales targets and driving business success.
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships is a cornerstone of this role, as is safeguarding our existing contracts by reducing churn and effectively managing renewals. Additionally, identifying and securing new sales opportunities within the portfolio ensures continued growth and strengthens our position in the market.

What you will do: Prospection and proactive upselling/cross-selling. Forecasting and tracking key account metrics. Achieving company churn targets through retention activities. Exceeding personal booking and revenue targets. Serving as the primary contact for account management. Negotiating and closing contracts to maximize profits. Developing relationships with customer stakeholders and executives. Conducting regular business reviews with key accounts. Identifying and addressing customer pain points.
