This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and customer retention for our SME portfolio. By leveraging digital tools to enhance account management and sales processes, you’ll ensure we meet and exceed our sales quotas across our Voice & Network product portfolio.
You’ll be instrumental in fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders, protecting existing revenue streams by reducing churn and managing renewals effectively. Identifying new sales opportunities within the portfolio will further contribute to our growth, while your ability to generate leads for other sales teams will support broader organizational success.
In short, this role is critical to strengthening our customer base, achieving our business objectives, and maintaining our market leadership.
What you will do: Prospect and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Meet retention and churn targets through relationship-building. Meet personal sales targets for bookings and revenue. Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and executives. Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts. Address customer pain points to improve satisfaction. Advanced German and English mandatory (Italian is a plus) Entry/Intermediate level sales position Requires limited sales/marketing experience but some administrative/technical experience Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers Strong written communication skills Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm Ability to work individually and as part of a team Well organized and structure dealing with complex and high-volume requests/tasks Resilient and solution driven Willing to go the “Extra mile” to win, having a sales driven personality Eager to learn
