The Role:
The company is seeking an Account Manager to build strong client relationships, drive revenue retention, and identify growth opportunities through cross-selling and upselling. You will ensure clients achieve value from the platform, foster product adoption, and act as a trusted advisor. Collaborating with internal teams, you’ll support client needs and contribute to long-term success.

About You:
You have 2+ years of experience in a tech/SaaS company and a background in account management, customer success, or a related role. Experience in the sports, betting, or gaming industry is essential, along with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels, including executive and C-suite stakeholders.

You excel at delivering client-focused solutions, managing multiple accounts with attention to detail, and driving customer satisfaction and growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a must. Familiarity with SaaS tools like HubSpot and data-driven customer management is highly desirable. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
