Account Manager – On-site (Malta) | European Markets | iGaming

Location: Malta

The Company:

A fast-growing slots provider in the iGaming industry, this dynamic company partners with top-tier operators across regulated markets in Europe. Founded by industry veterans, the company is known for its innovative products and quick adaptation to market trends. With a strong focus on client relationships, they are now looking for a dedicated Account Manager to support their continued expansion across European markets.

The Role:

As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key operator accounts across various European markets. Your focus will be on optimizing client performance, enhancing engagement, and ensuring the successful delivery of products. This role does not require prior B2B sales experience but would suit someone with a background in CRM management, VIP management, or casino management from an operator. You will be based on-site in Malta, working closely with the team to meet and exceed client expectations.

About You:

You come from a background in CRM management, VIP management, or casino management within an operator environment. You have strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to managing client needs. You are adaptable, sociable, and thrive in fast-paced environments. This role requires travel to industry events and client meetings across Europe.
