Mission and defining characteristics. Support the cross functional Target team to enable strong business performance. Ability to manage complexity, communicate effectively, maintain organization, troubleshoot problems and attention to detail essential. Ownership of cosmetics wall and support permanent merchandising execution across cosmetics. Must be able to complete basic planogram building and maintenance. Main Tasks JDA POG BUILDING AND REPORTING + Support permanent merch execution, liaising with SMSB, fixture suppliers, Target POG team and Target S.E.M. (signing team) + Develop display graphic start work form and manage proofing and timely execution of all graphics with each transition. + Own customer specific analytics for the cosmetics team, sharing relevant insights with brand and sales team to help lead planogram strategy decisions. + STRATEGY + Develop cosmetics planogram strategy, optimizing for distribution, space to sales, and modular activity. + Ensure brand vision is translated to GTM and activations plans at wall + Provide distribution add/delete analysis and recommendations based on performance and brand strategy. Main Interfaces + Primary: Account Planning Lead & Sales Teams, SMSB, Target POG team, Internal Category management teams. + Demand Planning, Category Management, Corporate Brand Teams Measures of Success + Manager feedback & Team 360° feedback + Accuracy of POG build, data entry and reporting + Expertise and timely entry in key systems both internal and external + Collaboration with the cross functional teams Qualifications + Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. + Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage priorities. + Meticulous approach to managing and organizing information. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of initiative. + Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. + JDA experience preferred, proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint + Knowledge of (or ability to learn) national account systems + Understanding of retail trends, product placement and display strategies + Knowledge of consumer behavior and purchasing patterns Don’t meet every single requirement?
