Job Description
Supporting VP Customers in account management leadership role. The Account Officer will help to integrate all aspects of the customer experience and direct the organisation to ensure that expectations are set, met or exceeded. Also take on additional projects to support other business functions, such as marketing, event management, aftermarket operations, etc. (12-month fixed term)
Key Accountabilities主要职责:
Support the Account Manager/VP Customers in defining and implementing customer account strategies. Use the account management process to integrate all aspects of the Rolls-Royce relationship with customers, and direct resources to support the attainment of the account. Use the Customer Hub to drive account management discipline.Support the Account Manager/VP Customers in contract and account administration.Support the Account Manager/VP Customers in generating revenue & cash plans as well as the management of cash and profit opportunities, and threat mitigation. Help to co-ordinate sales and transitions targets.Support the account team in building customer relationships. Keep assigned customers informed and represent their needs and views within Rolls-Royce. Help to foster new airline relationships and help to grow the Rolls-Royce customer base in your region.Support achievement of Customer Satisfaction and NPS targets for your assigned customers.This role is based in BeijingKey Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求:
