Account Partner - Key Accounts, Fashion-BGC
The role
The Key Account Manager drives the overall growth of his/her assigned account portfolio. Portfolio will include strategic accounts of the platform. He/she will be responsible for overall account management, sales analysis, assortment expansion, business reviews, and issue resolution. He/she will be involved in cross-functional areas such as planning, pricing, marketing, fulfillment, and operations. The role is accountable for delivering growth and overall stakeholder management for big sellers and brands.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Category Knowledge:
- Be a go-to person for a couple of sub-categories (business acumen, trends, etc.)
- Be able to understand and use data analysis and industry insights to develop a strategy that is communicated and delivered through managing key accounts

Operational Excellence
- Coordinate with the cross-functional teams to grow business of sellers and brands
- Collaborate with relevant teams such as Finance, Logistics, and Customer Care

Strategy Leadership
- Work alongside platform operations, campaigns / traffic / marketing teams to meet metrics and business growth
- Work with other key account managers to effectively execute category strategy and achieve key metrics (e.g., revenue, orders, buyers, etc.)
