The Role

Account Partners at Veeva manage and expand important relationships with key stakeholders across the business, IT, and C-suite at Life Sciences companies. You identify and grow sales opportunities within assigned accounts and actively add new logos to the portfolio. You’re always acting with urgency and integrity while maintaining a strong focus on the customer.

Due to this rapid growth, we are hiring territory-based Account Partners for the Veeva RTSM team.What You'll DoUtilize a value-based selling approach to sell the Veeva RTSM with a vision of being a trusted partner to your customersKnow and understand the customer’s strategic direction and how Veeva RTSM can support their goals/objectivesOpen up partnerships with prospective Veeva RTSM customers, and work with existing customers to increase the adoption of Veeva RTSMMeet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targetsManage multiple complex sales cycles, leverage internal and external resourcesRequirements5+ years of recent experience in quota-carrying account managementMinimum of 3+ years in technology sales, key account management, CRO, or SaaS (focusing on Life Sciences or Hospitals)Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas (CARR or P&L Target)Strategic account planning and execution skillsDemonstrated relationship-building skills with VP or C-LevelBased in TerritoryNice to HaveExperience working successfully in a rapidly changing environmentUnderstanding of the clinical development process and the associated systems landscapeHistory of leadership roles, professional or nonprofessionalPerks & BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompensationBase pay: $80,000 - $300,000The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role.
