We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Account Processor US
Role Purpose:
Ensures that the market/country can handle all responsibilities for managing all operations including aspects of departmental administration, including finance, human resourcing, reporting and is further involved in making developmental plans to improve accuracy and meet objectives for their market/country.Main Activities:
Manage a service operations team or unit in the operation, delivery and execution of internal business services, technological services, and transformation resources in a market/country.Design various developmental activities for team members and manage their work schedules to ensure optimum coverage for stakeholders in a market/country.Supports team members to ensure a cost-efficient service delivery proposition for the remit area, whilst maintaining service level agreementsActive engagement and management of stakeholders and Business partners from other countries and functions.Should be assertive and confident in managing timely delivery of files in required quality and escalate issues where needed.Plan, mobilize and direct projects of high complexity from definition to closure.Maintain current knowledge of dynamic regulatory environment.
