Join Team Amex and let's lead the way together. **How will you make an impact in this role?** The Bilingual Account Protection Specialist (APS) is responsible for the efficient processing of financial and non-financial related telephone inquiries from both Cardmembers and Service Establishments. A key player on the risk operations team, the APS is responsible for: + Validating applicant and cardmember identity + Detecting potential fraud at the point of sale + Making approval and decline decisions on charge requests + Handling Merchant Voice Authorizations requests, Fraud charge verification + Provide excellent customer service + Excellent communication skills in both English and French a must **Qualifications:** + The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French + Flexibility to be able to work anytime between 9:00 am and 11:00 PM including weekends + Previous experience Fraud, Credit / Collections or Retail + Ability to produce high quality work under minimum supervision + Customer focused with high level of agency by delivering an extra ordinary Customer Experience + Proven abilities to handle multiple priorities, working in fast paced environment and make decisions quickly + College or University Degree will be an asset **Qualifications** We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
