With our continued growth, we are looking for an Account Reconciliation Specialist to join our team in our Sioux Falls, SD, office. In this role, you will be responsible for reconciling client statements for jobs completed by our technicians and resolving any discrepancies.

The Role

This role participates in weekend coverage rotations, every other week, switching out a normally scheduled day to provide coverage for one weekend dayWork from home, occasional in office as neededResponsible for reconciling client statements against jobs completed by our techniciansIdentifies and correct any discrepancies found during reconciliation; working with appropriate internal and external teamsCreates and maintains multiple MS Excel reports to be shared with relevant teams; utilizing various data sources and editing/manipulating as neededCommunicates with Technicians regarding coding errors and needed resolutionsCommunicates and collaborates with team members via Microsoft Teams chats and emailsParticipated in weekend coverage rotation; switching out normally scheduled day to provide coverage for one weekend day every other week (unless normal schedule includes a weekend day)Completes special projects and other duties as assigned Requirements 1+ year(s) of administrative support, accounting or related experience requiredProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent Microsoft Excel skillsAbility to learn and utilize role specific equipment and softwareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work independentlyAbility to tolerate prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer while utilizing two screens and multiple programsMust maintain company and client confidentialityMust be able to lift up to 30lbsValid driver’s license (to pass client background requirements)Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
