Central Processing Unit – Job Description
Qualifications
+ Hold a high school diploma/GED
+ Have at least 2 years of related insurance experience
+ Are currently licensed or are willing to obtain an insurance license within 6 months of hire
+ Experience issuing Proofs of Insurance in CSR24 system
+ Have exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
+ Have the ability to construct accurate Proofs and Evidences of Insurance in a fast paced and dynamic environment
+ Have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
+ Have demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
+ Possess a sincere desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry
+ Are seeking a progressive work environment at a rapidly growing organization
+ Have a desire to help others protect their future
+ Are a self-starter willing to invest time and energy to learn the technical aspects of our business
+ Believe in integrity and building success by developing relationships with others
+ Required Travel: No Travel Required
Responsibilities
+ Account Representatives for HUB’s Central Processing Unit provide critical support to our customers by providing them accurate and on-demand Proofs of Insurance in a timely manner, ensuring the Proofs are issued in accordance with their insurance coverages and policy provisions.
+ Facilitate positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and colleagues
+ Quickly respond to incoming requests from clients and colleagues
+ Check policies/endorsements within client file against insurance requirements to effectively and accurately provide Proofs of Insurance for our clients
+ Maintain accurate and organized account files
Pay:
$25 - $31.25/hour depending on experience
Department Account Management & Service
Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience
Required Travel: No Travel Required
Required Education: High school or equivalent
