Qualifications

Hold a high school diploma/GEDHave at least 2 years of related insurance experienceAre currently licensed or are willing to obtain an insurance license within 6 months of hireHave exceptional attention to detail and analytical skillsHave the ability to construct accurate Proofs and Evidences of Insurance in a fast paced and dynamic environmentHave the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organizationHave demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and OutlookPossess a sincere desire to learn and grow within the insurance industryAre seeking a progressive work environment at a rapidly growing organizationHave a desire to help others protect their futureAre a self-starter willing to invest time and energy to learn the technical aspects of our businessBelieve in integrity and building success by developing relationships with othersRequired Travel: No Travel Required

Responsibilities

Account Representatives for HUB’s Central Processing Unit provide critical support to our customers by providing them accurate and on-demand Proofs of Insurance in a timely manner, ensuring the Proofs are issued in accordance with their insurance coverages and policy provisions.Facilitate positive and effective relationships with our valued clients and colleaguesQuickly respond to incoming requests from clients and colleaguesCheck policies/endorsements within client file against insurance requirements to effectively and accurately provide Proofs of Insurance for our clientsMaintain accurate and organized account files

Pay:

$21 - $28/hour depending on experience

Department Account Management & Service

Required Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience

Required Travel: No Travel Required

Required Education: High school or equivalent
