Job Purpose The Account Representative will work closely with current customers and support for Outside Sales, Market Segment Groups, and Business Development in new business activities. MCAM provides OEM parts and assembly services to the medical, semiconductor, oil & gas, aerospace, and other hi-tech markets. We are an industry leader in manufacturing critical parts and components out of high-performance polymers from CNC machining, injection molding, fabrication, and carbon fiber composites. Principal Accountabilities + Responsible for sales focused task including but not limited to: + Order Entry & Related Management of Customer Orders + Maintaining Customer Satisfaction. + Advocating for customer needs including, quality, on time delivery, & compliance. + Quoting - assisting with quotes as needed. + Assisting with the proper evaluation and approval of: + Design changes + Specifications + Drawing releases + Throughout the various stages of product development: + Interact with both customers and other departments within MCAM + Responsible for assisting with customer follow-up and maintenance to insure customer satisfaction and service on existing accounts in a timely manner. + Other duties as assigned. \#LI-DNP Knowledge / Skills / Experience + Bachelor's Degree in business or engineering preferred, or 2-4 years equivalent experience. + 2+ years of experience in sales and product development, preferred. + Related business experience in the semiconductor, military, aerospace, medical, and industrial markets. + Experience in customer service preferred. + Experience in CNC machining of plastic and metal parts a plus. + Knowledge of high-performance plastic polymers, preferred. + Knowledge of blueprint reading, preferred. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
