Marsh is seeking an Account Representative at our Miami location. This position is part of the overall account team and is critical to the client experience to drive new business and facilitate retention throughout the client lifecycle.

Collaborate with Account Executive to deliver excellent client service.Oversee the review/follow up regarding endorsements, policy issuance, extensions, audits, and cancellations and escalates concerns to direct manager or client team, as appropriate.Ensure the success of the renewal cycle by ensuring renewal protocol is completed (via tools available), gathering information, tracking quotes, and ensuring documents are issued correctly and on time in accordance with our internal professional standards.Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth and retention.Respond directly to difficult client questions and requests and solicits assistance from Account Executive as needed.Oversee the process of ensuring that all client information is collected, reviewed, updated, and communicated to placement team for optimal program solutions and pricing.What you Need to Have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceMust obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) License within six months after start date.MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and work in a challenging environmentAttention to detail with a focus on accuracy.Must be an initiative-taker and work independently.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.What Makes You Stand Out?
