MMA Vézina is looking for the ideal candidate for the position of Account Representative in Group Insurance to join a dynamic team of Account Executives, Analysts and other Account Representatives. Our offices are located in Montreal on Pierre-De Coubertin Avenue, near the Olympic Stadium.

We will count on you to:

Be the go-to person for all benefits related matters throughout the year for both internal and external clients;Foster great relationships with representatives from insurance carriers and understand each carrier’s offerings, to be able to implement and effectively communicate a new plan or change in carrier to the client;Maintain client files such as: creating benefit summaries and salary deduction Excel files, audit invoices, plan documents and employee demographic data for both pre- and post-renewal, employee presentations when necessary;Project professional, positive and enthusiastic image in the workplace.

We want you on our team if you have:

AMF license for personal lines group insurance;Minimum of two to five years of industry experience in Group Insurance and Group Retirement Services;The ability to effectively communicate in French and English both orally and in writing;A knack for working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT);A service-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;Solution based business practices where you identify areas of improvement with procedures, tools, resources and workflows;Initiative to stay up to date with local (Quebec), national and international insurance landscape and benefits practices, including other product lines (i.e.: Damage insurance).

What will make you stand out:

Completed LLQP course and licensed in other Canadian jurisdictions;Current industry designation such as GBA or CEBS;College degree in commerce, finance, business administration or related filed;The ability to maintain professional stability and tolerance in a multi-task, multi-level, time-critical environment.
