Our Inside Sales team prioritizes our customers' needs and our employees' success. The position of Inside Sales Analyst is crucial to our organization. On this team, you'll build and sustain deep and lasting relationships with the world's producers, and work in partnership with account managers in your territory or segment, supporting the sale development in OEMs, systems integrators and industry partners to solve unique challenges with the industry's most automation technology. You will report to the Team Leader, Inside Sales Team Leader
What you'll do
· Talk to customers internal and sometimes external. You are main of sales support, amplifying the availability of external sales team, promoting an interactive business environment always focused on creates the positive experience that keeps them. You will understand what drives their business. You will resolve issues. You will make a difference;
· Make us all smarter. You will gather internal customer and process insights about how can help the external sales team rethinking way to work with internal and supportive areas;
· Collaborate and advise. You have access to one of the most crucial area of business generation, connected to sales external teams to support also to accelerate the time of business process, experienced networking, understanding different sales account managers profiles and industries to collaborate with your development in the multitasks regarding sales environment;
· Influence customer purchases. That's the best part – through your knowledge, expertise and skills, you will be the right hand of external account managers helping the customer make the right buying decision in recurring business or value offer proposition.
· You will directly report to Andean´s leadership team.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
· At least 3 years general experience and 1+ year experience in sales environment.
· Tools Office Package, including power BI, excel advanced, SAP and CRM as user.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an engineering, system information, automation, technology;
· Experience in B2B sales, specifically in manufacturing or software-related solutions-Knowledge of industrial automation business and related product and service offerings;
· Demonstrated leadership, creativity, influence and experience discerning whether a prospect is a good fit for a product based on discovery conversations;
· Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects using digital/social media platforms.
