About the role:

As an Account Representative for TQL, you will be responsible for supporting and working with an established Sales Team to drive revenue. You will start your career in an accelerated training program to learn the industry and TQL’s culture. Once training is complete, you will become the dedicated Account Representative focused on identifying and growing new and existing business by presenting TQL customers with our newest transportation services 24/7/365.

What you’ll be doing:

\n\nCommunicate with the sales team and customers to build and maintain ongoing relationships\nManage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time\nWork with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates\nInput, update, and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems\nCollaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly\nAssist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed\nBecome a subject matter expert for TQL’s new transportation service
