Account Sales Representative

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking an Account Sales Representative to join their team. As an Account Sales Representative, you will be part of the sales department supporting the growth of customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build trust, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Account Sales Representative

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay Range: $19.23 per hour

What's the Job?

Make outbound sales calls daily to generate new customer leads. Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into new customer relationships. Maintain and update the CRM database with customer interactions and information. Train to understand the loan products offered and effectively communicate them to clients. Surpass production goals on phone calls placed and leads generated.

What's Needed?

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, marketing, sales, communications, or economics. Prior sales experience is a plus. Strong computer, data entry, and typing skills; CRM experience required (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Detail-oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.
