Salesforce Inc. seeks Account SE in Dallas, TX:

Job Duties: Provide detailed technical response to the questions in a Request for Proposal and gathering or request for the necessary information from the customers.  Create and propose solution architecture and solutions design in response to an RFP or RFI Drafting technical assets like technical specifications solution architecture diagram, integration specification and approach. Assist Sales and Account Managers to provide technical information about the CRM software. Maintain customer technical due diligence and risk management processes and work closely with other elements of the Salesforce organization to develop and execute internal and external programs and initiatives. Lead customer engagement like customer engagement mapping, Architecture reviews using Miro boards, Confluence to create solutions and vision for future roadmaps. Drive self-enablement through trailhead course to earn specializations in Sales, cloud, service cloud and Artificial intelligence. Create custom dashboards in CRM Analytics for customer requirements as a part of the solution. Design and customize solutions leveraging Salesforce Solutions suite to address client needs effectively. Develop and deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to clients and internal stakeholders while creating significant business impact. Create business impact through closing $2M in business across 100+ deals in a span of 18 months. Build strong client relationships and collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth and customer success. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required. 

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology & Management, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field. 

Special Skill Requirements: (1) CRM Software; (2) SQL; (3) Data Visualization; (4) Power BI; (5) Data Analytics (6) SDLC Methodologies; (7) Requirement Gathering; (8) Supply Chain (9) User Expereince; and (10) Business Analytics. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.
