What is required:

One year of customer service or sales experience or a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Excellent communication skills.A passion for technology is a must – you will have to stay current on the latest devices and plans to be the consultant for our wireless and home services customers.Ability to work an irregular schedule – this position is full time with rotating shifts and includes some evenings and Saturdays.

What is even better:

Two or more years of experience in sales or providing customer-facing solutions in a fast paced or retail environment.Proven track record of goal attainment and professional advancement.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays in a flexible schedule shared by other department members. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. of materials. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, have finger/wrist/arm mobility, and finger dexterity to use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen.
