Account Services - Variable Annuities
Description Exclusive opportunity with Financial Institution located in Golden Valley, MN. This assignment will be on site for a minimum of 4 weeks for training and then become Hybrid. 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Target start date is 2/10/25. These positions are open due to a backfill, current consultant is going to take a permanent role. The right candidate will be supporting the normal day to day work. This assignment will start as a 6 month assignment and has an opportunity to get extended, highly likely to extend through all of 2025. This is blend of completing tasks and providing customer service to Financial Advisors who are submitting the applications for Variable Annuity products. No Customer contact but you will be expected to speak with Financial Advisors that will communicate with customers. Most of the communication is through email and a couple of phone calls, if customer/client prefers. Working with Broker Dealers, FMO's, and internal partners. We really would like to see candidates that are NOT afraid to pick up the phone and walk through the Financial Advisors issues. Typical Day - processing and accuracy is very important. Number of tasks processed per day would be as much as 60. These easier tasks would require less research, investigative work, etc. When working the more difficult tasks, processing 30 daily would be expected due to the amount of time spent in discovery. Work Environment / Department Info - New Business Variable Annuity. Applications are being sent to this team from Field Reps (Financial Advisors). Each application needs to be reviewed and sent back if there are errors or items missing. The field reps are working directly with customers and the field reps rely on you to get the application approved and inforce. Skills Customer service, Customer support, Financial services, Banking, Data entry Top Skills Details Customer service Additional Skills & Qualifications HS Diploma 2+ years of recent professional corporate experience Prefer College Graduate and Financial Services experience Hiring Manager did state that Customer Service Call Center would work as well. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
