•\tBuild and develop relationships with customers to ensure continued partnership

•\tCommunicate shipment updates proactively and accurately ensuring a customer centric approach

•\tAnalyze customer inquiries and provide quality and timely insights and updates to your customers

•\tProactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency

•\tRespond to customers with a sense of urgency to provide an excellent customer experience

•\tLeverage the company's global technology platform, Navisphere, to generate reports, analyze load data and exceed customer expectations

•\tNetwork internally with Account Management, Operations, and Capacity teams

Qualifications

Ability to travel up to 5% (domestically)

1+ year of account management experience

Location:

1 opening in North Loop and 1 opening in Eden Prairie

Pay:

$24-$25/hr

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
