Account Specialist

**Responsibilities**
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of Element’s service offerings to effectively communicate value to customers.
• Proactively engage with new, existing, and dormant customers to identify testing needs and business opportunities
• Leverage industry expertise to promote our aerospace testing solutions using a consultative selling approach
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns and follow up on marketing initiatives to maximize customer engagement
• Manage and maintain CRM data (Dynamics CRM), ensuring accurate customer records, tracking performance metrics, and identifying trends
• Collaborate across teams to ensure strategic targeting, effective messaging, and seamless handoffs for sales opportunities
• Identify and qualify RFQ opportunities, ensuring timely distribution to the appropriate teams
• Analyze feedback and market trends to continuously improve outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness
**Skills / Qualifications**
• Engineer, Postgraduate degree in Business Preferred
• Minimum 1-year of experience in outbound sales prospecting, business development, or a related role
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams
• Ability to interpret sales data, marketing materials, and customer quotes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software (Dynamics CRM preferred)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed
