Has broad authority to negotiate product/service terms. + Establish and maintain strong and productive professional relationships with decision makers as well as executive leadership for assigned clients, carrier staff, and internal team members. + Possesses expert knowledge of the client’s business and industry, being able to articulate applicable exposures to loss, insurance coverages and appropriate risk management solutions. + Directly oversees and coordinates all deliverables to clients. + Manages the firm’s E&O exposure by consulting with clients on their exposures and coverage concerns while overseeing staff compliance for E&O requirements of their job. + Provides leadership and guidance to the team in support of achieving departmental revenue and procedure objectives. + Serves as Subject Matter Expert for internal HUB Great Plains team, internal HUB West Region team as well as clients. + Leads client meetings, prepares staff to discuss exposures, coverage, claims, and other related objectives. Oversees and ensures follow ups are communicated and followed through to the client. Works independently with client and prospects as needed. + Directly oversees and coordinates all deliverables to clients. + Builds and maintains relationship with Carriers and Wholesalers in researching and defining coverage needs. + Works closely with carriers in developing coverage language suggestions that will improve insurance programs for our clients. + Works with carrier loss control representative and HUB loss control representatives assisting with safety/loss control plan. + Analyzes client losses, works closely with carrier claims department and HUB claims department. Communicates areas of concern to team and clients. + Provides high-level technical assistance to service team as needed. + Supports, mentors, and trains other team members. + Champion of available HUB Corporate resources + Other duties as may be assigned. + Ability to travel, overnight stay may be required. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree or at least 7-10 years of relevant experience. + Experience in commercial national property and shared/layered property program administration. + Ability to acquire and maintain a Property and Casualty License. + Strong understanding of insurance coverages, trends, and best practices. + Proven skills in problem-solving, relationship-building, and effective communication. + Self-starter with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple assignments. + Previous experience leading and mentoring teams is a plus. **Leadership Expectations:** + Build effective teams by fostering collaboration, mentorship, and a positive culture. + Be transparent, making honest and open communication a priority. + Make decisive, informed decisions and take responsibility for outcomes. + Hold yourself and others accountable for achieving goals and delivering results. + Delegate effectively to empower team members and maximize efficiency. + Motivate, recognize, and appreciate team members to create a high-performing environment. **Why Choose HUB?** At HUB, we believe in investing in the future of our employees and provide continuous opportunities for growth and development.
