What you’ll do:
Our Account Specialist collaborates with the Account Service team and property partners on the development and execution of all creative campaigns and individual client projects. The ideal Account Specialist must thrive in a high energy, fast-paced environment, have exceptional organizational skills, have a proactive attitude, excellent people skills and a sincere interest in the hospitality business.
This is a strong partnership role working closely with Account Managers and Clients to provide the utmost level of service.
What that means:
Constant communication with Account Executive ensuring you have the same knowledge about property updates and job status Takes detailed notes during creative meetings including check-ins, reviews and presentations; and sends out concise meeting recap notes that include next steps and task owners. Maintain status notes for each job in Wrike, ensuring comprehensive job lists will always be up to date Be the Wrike SMT for your account team: Review Wrike requests, checking to make sure specs are included and make sense, mark-up is included, and instruction is clear and makes sense, vendor information is included. Review proofs based on QA Checklist (separate attachment) Route proofs and notify correct parties Ensure Task Workflow is accurate, and all communication is generated through Updates section Populate Studio Notes with status of job Replies to requests for graphic files, re-uploads, etc. and inquiries from POD/Property/DM teams Attend weekly POD calls, and creative internal and external meetings Coordinate with Account Executive to ensure a Studio Account TM is always available
