The ESB Team is currently hiring Account Specialists. We bridge the gap between small businesses and the software solutions of Salesforce. In a role that encompasses discovery, training, coaching, sales project and relationship management, Account Specialists are responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of Salesforce. Equal parts trusted advisor and product expert, we work closely with small businesses to help them succeed.

Responsibilities

Field, address, and document inbound customer enquiries from customers via cases.Co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure customer enquiries in relation to Billing, Renewals and Technical issues are appropriately resolved.Act as a trusted advisor and provide best practicesUnderstanding the customer's business needs, challenges, and goals to identify the support options best suited to their objectives, considering the services offered by Salesforce and implementation PartnerManage execution of outbound sales programs to customersBecome a Salesforce product expert to articulate feature functionality and how it maps to customer needsNegotiate contract terms and assist customers with online purchases, add-ons, contract restructures, and contract modificationsPartner with existing distribution teams efficiently to ensure customer successMeet or exceed key KPI’s and metricsBe a team player in a highly collaborative environmentConsistently work towards our goal of increasing our customers’ satisfaction level and providing an exceptional customer experience


Qualifications:

Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work in a fast-paced, changing environmentAbility to self-learn, be effective, and retain product knowledge1-2 Years Customer Facing ExperienceEffective time management skillsFlexibility to support multiple customers and deliver effective resolutionsAdaptability to communicate and empathise with all levels of customers and end usersBasic troubleshooting skills, perseverance, empathy, and patienceDemonstrates high degree of determination and accountabilityEnthusiasm to innovate and help drive improvements across product and processThe ability to effectively multi-task and juggle prioritiesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsBusiness proficiency in English and German required
 

Education & Experience

Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred1-2 Years Sales or relevant customer-facing experience (Business Development)
