Account Strategist, DACH, Venture Enterprise (German-speaker)

What You'll Do:

We are looking for our new Account Strategist to join our growing Venture Markets Account Strategy team. You will be working with some of the largest independent agencies in DACH, taking responsibility for every element of the running of the accounts. From forecasting to creating opportunities to roll out new products and ensuring we are meeting our clients’ goals. Besides building strong relationships with our agencies, your success will be measured by ambitious revenue goals and your capacity to grow your book of business. Therefore, we expect you to combine deep solution and industry knowledge with strong client and relationship building instincts. Your tasks will include :

Provide top level strategic account management to our independent agencies to ensure retention and client satisfaction.Develop and maintain strong partnerships with your agencies establishing as trusted consultant at all levels, including C-level.Educate agencies on Criteo’s technology and keep them engaged regularly via our market communication plan.Analyse a wide range of performance metrics and KPI’s to identify personalized solutions and make sure client goals are reached (ROI, ROAS,…).Optimize accounts to improve performance for the advertiser and action growth opportunities to maximize revenue.Negotiate additional budgets along with upselling new solutions.Take part in client monthly/quarterly business reviews and communicate performance optimizations recommended along with the planned roadmap.Partnering closely with the sales team to ensure that the on-boarding of new clients is accomplished in a timely and efficient manner.Strong collaboration from cross-functional teams including technical, analyst, creative and product teams to ensure optimal strategy and campaign setup.Escalate internally any issues and concerns raised by clients.Who You Are:Must have proven experience in direct client relationships in online performance media for ecommerce players or agency experience.Proven track record of analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.Self-driven, highly motivated, and confident to provide outstanding service and optimal performance of campaigns for top clients.Genuine enthusiasm for an interruptive space that is in constant motion and desire to influence through hard work, idea generation and teamwork.Ability to navigate and collaborate with other internal departments to produce positive results for clients and the company.Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize in the face of demanding time frames.Resilience, change ambassador and positive mindset are part of our values.Fluent in German and in English.
