Shoot for the moon. **GENERAL SUMMARY** Responsible for day-to-day management of Lexus Dealer Association (LDA) Experiential activity for assigned markets within the Southern region. Develops plans clearly driven by LDA goals and objectives. Maintains the highest levels of integrity in all areas of responsibility. Builds and maintains professional relationships with Lexus Area Management staff, the Lexus dealer body, Team One field account team and headquarters. **Tasks and Responsibilities:** + Leads and manages all aspects of current Lexus experiential initiatives and partnerships in the Southern Area including sports marketing, culinary programs, music, performing arts and auto enthusiast events. + Develops presentation decks to communicate experiential strategies, recommendations, recaps and metrics to Lexus clients. + Maintains and builds strong working relationships with current partners to ensure partnership objectives are being met, sponsorship benefits are fulfilled and facilitating the overall growth of the partnerships. + Manages partnership budgets and financial processes (PO/invoicing, vendor setups, etc.) + Develops strategies to support Lexus sales plans, vehicle launches and retail initiatives. + Plans and executes quality interactive activations to support Lexus experiential strategies and objectives. + Manages creative assets for experiential partnerships. + Manages sponsorship contracts with aid of legal team. + Researches competitive auto activity and shares findings to team members and clients. + Collaborates with multiple internal teams related to Lexus’ account management, media planning, creative development and strategy. + Maintain strong and professional relationships with multiple Lexus clients (Lexus dealership GMs, marketing reps, Lexus Southern Area). **Experience:** + Marketing professional with 6-7 years of event marketing, sponsorship/partnership marketing or sports marketing related experience. + Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Sport Management, Advertising, Communications preferred). + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Photoshop Skills preferred but not required. + Travel 25% (Southeast United States). + Must be willing to work nights and weekends. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Sport Management, Advertising, Communications preferred). **Skills and Abilities:** + Highly organized with strong time management skills to handle multiple projects/partnerships/events at one time. + Charismatic, strong, concise and polished presentation skills. This role entails a large amount of client presentations. + Team-oriented and also self-motivated. + Exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills. + An adaptive personality, problem solver and able to function in a fast-paced environment. + Solid project management capabilities and strong attention to details. + Proven relationship-building skills. + Operates with confidence, passion, humility, creativity and professionalism. **Additional information** **Working Conditions:** Team One is a professional, fast-paced, creative business environment. All employees are expected to support Team One’s commitment to providing a respectful & safe workplace. There may be times when lifting up to 25lbs. is required and being onsite at events all day. Overtime, including evenings and/or weekend work may be required. This role requires travel at approximate 25%. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
