Account Supervisor
Overview **This position is physically located in Kuwait in support of LOGCAP** Ensure monthly telephone bills are delivered promptly by the service providers; databases are created and maintained depicting monthly telephone billings; verifies mobile telephone bills are correct prior to remitting for payment; and submits all required reports to Service Support Department Manager prior to suspense dates. Additionally, the Supervisor will coordinate with the ASG-KU S-6 on all matters pertaining to the PWS, monthly billings, investigations and printing of the semi-annual ASG-KU Telephone Directory. Responsibilities This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company. Prioritizes and assigns work to achieve maximum efficiency while maintaining quality reviews and reconciliations of the monthly cellular telephone bills. Responsible for establishing a flexible and rigid training program that ensures employees are crossed trained in reconciling all monthly telephone bills. Conduct a 10% monthly cyclic inventory of Government Furnished Property (GFE) belonging to the Primary Hand Receipt Holder (PHRH) and ensures accountability at all times. Responsible for writing and reviewing Internal Operating Procedures (IOP), Work Instructions (W/I), Forms and submitting requests through the Service Support Department Manager for corrections, additions or deletions. Ensure all Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRL) are submitted on the 23rd of each month to the Service Support Department Manager for review prior to sending to IMD QC Officer for submission to the COR and ACO. Ensures the issuance of mobile telephone SIM Chips for replacement of lost, damaged or stolen chips and with the approval of the Vectrus IMD Director authorization, new user chips. Perform the duties of the SSD Manager during absences. Ensures the ASG-KU telephone directory is updated and submitted monthly to the COR and ensures the directory is printed semi-annually and submitted to the USG upon receipt from the printer. Perform other duties and assignments as required. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certifications: Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting or other related field. One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required. EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years’ experience analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports; 2 year supervisory or management experience; and 3 years’ experience in office administration and a customer service role, e.g., service counter clerk, IT help desk, etc.). Additionally, experience with the US Military or Government Contracting environment is preferred.Must have a valid US Driver's License.Must be able to obtain CAC card SKILLS: Supervisory skills including a professional demeanor and interact effectively with all levels of employees, including all levels of supervisory management. Exercise discretion and good judgment, possess high-level organizational and planning skills, ability to communicate orally and in written English, be a self-starter and must possess an advanced level of computer skills in the use of Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. SUPERVISORY/BUDGET RESPONSIBILITIES: Will supervise a section of up to seven employees. MATERIAL & EQUIPMENT DIRECTLY USED: Personal computer, laptops, scanners, printers, faxes, digital senders, and other office related equipment. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The worker is subject to extreme heat. Temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as wind and humidity. The worker is subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level. The worker is subject to hazards. Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals. The worker may be required to spend extended time in a computer room environment. PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES: Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work. Visual Acuity The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes.
