**Overview**
A day in the life of the USA Business Development team is never the same but the Business Development Supervisor is always there to support the team's needs, to predict and prepare for every eventuality and to make sure we dot every I and cross every T. This role has huge exposure to executive management and the highest level agency thinking.
**Responsibilities**
Essential Functions:
+ Owns the logistical details and organization of the new business process
+ Leads logistical meeting prep to ensure meetings are booked, the right attendees are included and that IT, catering and OS is taken care of.
+ Handles all studio requests for printing as well as any pitch theater
+ Prepares a detailed "run of show" for every pitch inclusive of travel plans which ensures people are at the right place, at the right time.
+ Prior to key meetings shares the agenda, attendees and any decks the night prior to the meeting (even on Sundays for Monday meetings) to ensure everyone is clear.
+ Develops all 'Get Smarts' (e.g. company overviews, competitive analysis)
+ Supports PM and BD Team through the pitch process from RFP through to proposals.
+ Partners with PM/AM on calendars and schedules and is the master of all external meetings and who is attending
+ Supports RFI/RFP development and organization (e.g., updates RFI/RFP library, managing database of RFI questions, headshots, bios, etc.)
+ Updates case study library
+ Organize proposal materials and keep documents up to date for future reference
+ Supports the case study production process keeping New Biz, Production, Strategy and Creatives on schedule
+ Supports requests from our partner agencies for case studies, creds decks, new business meetings, etc.
+ Manages the server and Google Drive organization
+ Updates new business trackers and dashboards daily
+ Owns the logistical details and organization of PR and marketing materials
+ Manages files and documents related to upcoming press (e.g., ensures questionnaires, press calendar, and marketing materials are organized and in one place)
+ Works closely with press team to ensure our quarterly tracker is up to date
+ Manages social media templates and content in Google Drive
+ Requests marketing materials from design/creative teams on an as needed basis
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ 2-3 years of business development experience, creative agency experience preferred
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft, Google Docs, Keynote
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong time-management and organizational skills
+ High attention to detail
+ Strong client-service orientation
+ Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last minute changes
**Additional information**
Compensation Range: $59,850 - $90,620 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
