Account Support Analyst

Job Summary:

Fulfills orders, including order entry, administration and shipping.Processes orders and oversees related activities of third-party vendors to ensure orders flow effectively through systems and processes in accordance with the organization's customer service standards.Develops capacity plans to support build-to-stock and/or build-to-order environments.Ensures adequate inventory levels are maintained to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.Prepares and maintains volume and demand planning analyses and supply and production schedules based on internal and external information to establish and effectively manage an order backlog.Identify the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions.Assist in on the job training for new associates, as required.Attend virtual calls and meetings as required by management and operations

Qualifications:

Typing speed of 45 wpm.Basic computer skills (MS Office)Possess sense of urgency while being able to focus and pay attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and learn quickly in a production based environment.Excellent communication skills.Must have good interpersonal skills.Must have good analytical skills.Must have good English reading comprehension.Can be located either in Manila or Iloilo.Bachelor's degree holder or Completed at least 2 years level in College (no back subjects/incomplete units)" Must be in current role for 1 yearMust not have received any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 monthsMust not be enrolled in any Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for the last 12 monthsMust not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 monthsMust have a Successful or above rating in the last Enabling Performance cycle
