Job Description:

 

As an Account Support Representative (Inside Sales) for Telus Health Provider Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our value-added services within our existing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) user base. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with our customers and identify opportunities to introduce our suite of value-added services, such as Pomelo, Virtual Visits, MedDialogue, and PrescribeIT.
 

Responsibilities:
 
•    Act as the primary point of contact for existing EMR users, delivering exceptional customer service and building strong, long-term relationships
•    Develop a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and value propositions of our value-added services
•    Proactively identify opportunities within the existing customer base to promote and sell value-added services, driving revenue growth
•    Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and training sessions to showcase the benefits and functionalities of our services
•    Collaborate closely with the sales team, product managers, and marketing to ensure a coordinated approach to customer engagement and upselling opportunities
•    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system
•    Provide timely and accurate forecasts, reports, and insights on sales activities and pipeline
 

 

Qualifications


 
•    2+ years of experience in inside sales or account management, preferably in the healthcare industry
•    Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
•    Strong understanding of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and the healthcare industry
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
•    Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations
•    Highly organized with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
•    Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
•    Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
•    Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred
